Very nice rooftop swimming pool with a view of the red sea. Also includes a really cute puppy. The hotel owner George was very kind and gave us an upgraded room and early check in for free. Location is convenient as it's at a walking distance from the beachside and the shopping district.

It's a really good hotel. There was no good accommodation in Hurghada, so it was the only good hotel I found after moving from place to place. Very reasonable price and clean facilities. Friendly staff. In particular, the staff named George is so kind. I recommend it.

The location is amazing, a bit inside but walkable distance the the road where u can get uber to marina, there is a park nearby. food joints and ATMs, in next junction, sheraton street. We booked apartments for our family.
The view from rooftop is amazing day or night!! The staffs are amazing and helpful , they made sure that our stay was comfortable. We stayed here for two nights.

Charbel was a great stay. The location excellent and the rooftop views amazing. The room was very comfortable and huge. The staff was great, especially George who made check in, our stay and checkout extremely easy. Allowed us to get a better room, had great recommendations and very accommodating when storing our luggage and letting us hang out until we got picked up. Would definitely recommend this place.

The staff was so kind, especially Mohammed and George - they are so helpful and nice people and they are working hard to make the people satisfied.

this is my second stay at Charbel apartments because the people here are so warm and caring! Muhammad was so kind enough to get me a heater when I was feeling cold & always asks if everything is okay. George is always smiling & happy to welcome you & help. I really love this place.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. Every staff member I encountered, from the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help. especially George. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting.

Excellent hotel, good location and amazing views! We stayed in the Sea View Apartment and it was clean and very spacious, with kitchen, lounge, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and from the large balcony you could see the ocean. On the rooftop there is a very nice pool and views of the whole of Hurghada. George at the reception was very friendly and accommodating and speaks very good English. He was even kind enough to let us leave some of our bags there for two nights whilst we went on a hiking trip, and helped me look for a lost scarf that I left on a bus. Amazing service!

The beds were big and very comfortable.

The breakfast was very delicious every day! It’s the best hotel in Hurgada! I’m very thankful to the staff! Top quality service. Wifi works very good! The roof haves incredibly beautiful scenery places for relax and taking sunbath!
